TnSb fd92921051 add btop and mimeapps configs

Track btop.conf and mimeapps.list. The knighttime/dark.mode.d/light.mode.d
theme-switcher leftovers were local-only and removed in favor of the darkman
setup.

Go to about:config in Firefox and make sure that toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets is set to true.
Close Firefox.
Set up https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks (git method) and add this to userChrome.css:

@import url(chrome/hide_tabs_toolbar_v2.css)

This is caused by the "Plasma Integration" plugin. You need to disable a certain functionality for it to work:

Go to Manage extensions->Plasma Integration->Preferences and disable/uncheck "Enhanced Media Controls".
Restart Firefox for change to take effect.
